Throughout my career, I've partnered with product teams, designers, researchers, and business leaders across financial services, healthcare, housing, government, and technology. Together, we've uncovered customer needs, improved digital products, and helped organizations make more informed decisions through research.
Over time, I realized the part of the work I loved most wasn't simply conducting research—it was helping people make better decisions with confidence.
